No Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Very Cherry Vintage. We strive to provide you with the best vintage products and ensure your satisfaction. Due to the unique nature of our vintage items, we have established the following No Return Policy:

  1. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where the item is damaged during transit.

  2. Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items carefully. If you believe an item is damaged during transit, you must notify us at hello@verycherryvintage.com within 5 days of receiving the item. Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging for our review.

  3. Damaged items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to issue a refund, replacement, or store credit for the damaged item at our discretion.

  4. Items damaged due to customer mishandling or negligence are not eligible for return or refund.

  5. In the event that a return is authorized due to damage in transit, the customer is responsible for securely packaging the item for return shipment.

  6. To request a return due to damage in transit, please contact our customer service team at hello@verycherryvintage.com within the specified time frame.

By completing your purchase on Very Cherry Vintage, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this No Return Policy, except in cases where the item is damaged during transit. We appreciate your understanding and support.

SHIPPING

We are committed to providing you with exceptional service and ensuring your vintage treasures reach you in a timely manner. Please review our Shipping Policy below:

  1. Processing Time: Our team requires 5-7 business days to carefully prepare and package your order before it is ready for shipment. This processing time allows us to inspect each item and ensure it meets our quality standards.

  2. Shipping & Pick Up Methods: We offer free ground shipping from UPS or USPS to accommodate your needs. There is also an option to pick up your items locally from Lady Collective during business hours. Upon checkout, you will have the opportunity to select the method that best suits your preference.

  3. Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected and your location. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, please understand that unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or carrier delays may impact delivery times.

  4. Tracking Information: For your convenience, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package and anticipate its arrival.

  5. Local Pick Up Information: Please wait for the fulfillment email that affirms your order is ready for local pick-up. Once you receive the email, you must pick up within 2 weeks at Lady Collective, 4410 Medical Parkway Austin TX 78756. Open Thurs-Sat & Mon from 12-6pm & Sunday from 11-4pm.

  6. Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  7. Shipping Restrictions: Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or fragility. These restrictions will be clearly stated on the product page, and alternative shipping options may be available upon request.
